The green streaks are living growth, not dirt, so they need a solution rather than pressure. A soft wash kills it at the root and lasts years instead of weeks.
Dark streaks down a shingle roof are algae holding moisture against the shingle. Removed at low pressure, because pressure strips the granules and takes years off the roof.
Flat concrete stripes when it is cleaned with a wand. A rotating surface cleaner holds one height across the whole slab, which is what leaves an even finish instead of a zebra pattern.
Cedar and pine scar for good when blasted, so wood gets low pressure and a wood-safe solution, with drying time planned in if a stain is going on next.
Those dark vertical tiger stripes down the face of a gutter need a treatment of their own, because a normal house wash leaves them behind.
Entry concrete is the highest-visibility surface a business owns and usually the least maintained. Foot traffic film builds evenly, so it hides until part of it is cleaned.
Airborne oil from a kitchen exhaust settles onto the walkway and the lot below and turns tacky. It needs hot water and a degreaser, and it is a slip hazard before it is a looks problem.
Leachate soaks into the pores of the concrete, so rinsing does nothing. Heat, a degreaser and dwell time lift it back out. Walls and gates at the same time, or it will not stay clean.
Cleaning a lot tends to reveal how worn the markings actually were. Worth quoting alongside the wash so it is a planned decision rather than a surprise afterward.
Also regular work, quoted the same way: rust and irrigation staining, graffiti removal, and heavy equipment and fleet washing. See everything we clean or request an estimate.
Based in Aledo and working across Parker and west Tarrant County. Each town below has its own page covering the surfaces and problems specific to it.
At Standard Power Washing, we believe in the power of cleanliness and the transformative impact it can have on any space. Standard Power Washing has been cleaning homes and commercial properties since 2022, with more than 500 jobs finished from our base in Aledo. Every property is walked before any equipment starts, so the method suits the surface. It is owner-operated: the person you call is the person who does the work. We strive to be in constant communication with our customers until the job is done.
Yes, when it is done properly. Garden beds and delicate plants get soaked with plain water before any cleaning solution goes on and rinsed again afterward, so anything that drifts onto them is diluted. We take care around pets and outdoor furniture on every job, so tell us about anything fragile or newly planted before we start.
Most North Texas homes are due for a house wash every 12 to 24 months, and concrete about once a year. Shaded walls, north-facing elevations and anything under trees grow back first, so those usually set the schedule.
We clean roofs, and we never pressure wash them. A roof is cleaned by soft wash only: a solution applied at low pressure that kills the algae and lets it rinse away. Pressure strips the protective granules off the shingles, shortens the life of the roof, and can void the manufacturer warranty.
Usually, though each one needs its own approach. Rust is a mineral deposit, so it needs a dedicated remover rather than extra pressure. Oil that has soaked into concrete sometimes lifts only partly. Graffiti removal is matched to the surface underneath. Send a photo or request a free estimate and we will tell you straight.
Yes. Restaurants, retail centers and property managers book us for scheduled maintenance, including storefront cleaning, restaurant pressure washing, dumpster pad cleaning and parking lot striping. Commercial jobs are scheduled around your trading hours rather than ours, and fleet and heavy equipment washing is regular work as well.
It depends on the surfaces, their condition, access and area, plus a fixed cost for the drive out, setup, water and pack-down, which is why several surfaces in one visit cost less than separate trips. Estimates are free and most go out the same day; an address and a couple of photos are usually enough. Call or text 682-362-7638.
Yes. Standard Power Washing LLC is fully insured for residential, commercial, and industrial work. A certificate of insurance is available on request and can be sent straight to your property manager, HOA, or corporate office. Asking for one is routine and does not hold up scheduling.
